Chelsey Stull, D.O.

Dr. Chelsey Stull is very excited to begin serving the Columbus, Ohio area in private practice. She earned her doctor of osteopathic medicine degree in 2017 from Iowa’s Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed an osteopathic manipulative medicine fellowship during medical school.

Dr. Stull is board certified in family medicine, completing her residency in Olympia Fields, Illinois from 2017-2020. She continued with specialized training in osteopathic neuromuscular medicine at A.T. Still University-Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine (ATSU-KCOM) and Northeast Regional Medical Center (NRMC) in Kirksville, Missouri during 2021.

She also practices medical and facial acupuncture, completing her 300-hour medical acupuncture training in 2020 from Helms Medical Institute in Tempe, Arizona.

During 2022-2025 she worked as an Assistant Professor for Osteopathic Principles and Practice Integration at ATSU-KCOM training first and second year medical students. Continuing her passion for medical education, she was appointed Assistant Program Director for the ONMM residency program at NRMC. During that time she also worked as a consulting physician at NRMC providing inpatient and outpatient osteopathic manipulation and acupuncture while providing ONMM resident supervision.

While having her first child during 3rd year of medical school, she became aware of the limited education physicians receive pertaining to lactation and breastfeeding. She further witnessed this knowledge gap after her second child was born with a congenital heart defect, who was unable to directly breastfeed due to requiring thickened breastmilk. These experiences inspired her to seek out further education. Having breastfed four very different babies, she understands the vast difficulties and questions that can arise during lactation. She is a member of IABLE - Institute for Advancement of Breastfeeding and Lactation Education, an outpatient breastfeeding champion, completed IABLE’s core content in healthcare providers education in breastfeeding medicine, and is currently enrolled in training to become a board certified Breastfeeding and Lactation Medicine physician which will be completed in 2027.

Spending time with her husband and four children are her main focus. She also enjoys playing the viola, embroidery, flower arranging, and admiring the beauty of the world around her.
